WHEREAS, as a member agency of the Jefferson County
Appraisal District, the City of Beaumont is entitled to cast five
hundred thirty-five ( 535 ) votes in the election to name the
district' s Board of Directors;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed
to cast all five hundred thirty-five ( 535) of its votes for
representation on the Jefferson County Appraisal District Board for
Andrew P. Cokinos who is nominated as a candidate for the Board.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
