WHEREAS, on July 18, 1989, City Council awarded a
contract to APAC-Texas, Inc. in the amount of $159,211 .60 for the
construction of the 1989 Community Development Block Grant Street
Rehabilitation Program; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed by the
Contractor and inspected by city staff and is in conformance with
the plans and specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to accept
the project and make final payment to APAC-Texas, Inc:. in the
amount of $100,519.59 for the construction of the 1989 Communr'Aty
Development Block Grant Street Rehabilitation Program.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
