RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute agreements with the
State Department of Highways and Public Transporation and Drainage District 6 for
replacement of the Gladys Street Bridge under the 1987-91 Off-State System Federal Aid
Bridge Replacement and Rehabilitation Program.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 17el,
day of 1989.
