WHEREAS, on September 18, 1989, bids were received for
the purchase of one (1 ) emergency medical services vehicle; and,
WHEREAS, Ambulance Sales and Service of Mansfield, Texas
submitted a bid in the amount of $60,910 .00 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Ambulance Sales and Service is the best bid submitted
meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY Or BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Ambulance Sales and Service in the amount
of $60, 910. 00 for the purchase of one (1 ) emergency medical
services vehicle be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the 10 day of October , 1989.
