WHEREAS, on January 3, 1989 , City Council awarded a
contract to APAC-Texas, Inc. in the amount of $146,148.00 for the
construction of the Crockett Connector Bus Transfer Facility
Project; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed by the
Contractor and inspected by city staff and is in conformance with
the plans and specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CI^lY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to accept
the project and make final payment to APAC-Texas, Inc. in the
amount of $14,500.94 for the construction of the Crockett
Connector Bus Transfer Facility Project.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the 3 day of October , 1989.
