R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Texas Commerce Bank - Beaumont for banking
services is hereby accepted and the City Manager be, and he is
hereby, authorized to execute a depository agreement with Texas
Commerce Bank - Beaumont for the period commencing October 1 ,
1989 to September 30, 1991 .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
