R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on August 28, 1989, bids were received for the
purchase of a multi-channel logging tape recorder reproducer system
for the Police Department; and,
WHEREAS, Dictaphone Corporation of Stratford,
Connecticut, submitted a bid in the amount of $47, 529.60; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Dictaphone Corporation is the best bid meeting
specifications submitted and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Dictaphone Corporation in the amount of
$47 ,529.60 for the purchase of a multi-channel logging tape
recorder reproducer system for the Police Department be accepted
by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the 26 day of September , 1989.
