R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on August 2, 1989, bids were received for the
purchase of one (1 ) brush cutter for use by the Water Production
Department; and,
WHEREAS, Case Power and Equipment of Beaumont, Texas
submitted a bid in the amount of $12,785.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Case Power and Equipment is the best and lowest bid
meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Case Power and Equipment in the amount
of $12 ,785 .00 for the purchase of one (1 ) brush cutter for use by
the Water Production Department be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the 26 day of September , 1989.
