BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the penalty and interest on the tax accounts listed below be
and they are hereby waived pursuant to Section 33.011 of the
Texas Property Tax Code as each taxpayer' s failure to pay was
caused by a billing error or similar mistake:
