BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
an interlocal agreement with the "Texas Political Subdivisions
Workers ' Compensation Joint Insurance Fund", for the purposes of
providing workers ' compensation coverage to employees of the City
of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
