WHEREAS, on August 21 , 1989, bids were received for the
purchase of an uninterruptable power system for use with the
computer system at the Police Department; and,
WHEREAS, Computer Power, Inc. , submitted a bid in the
amount of $11 ,541 . 00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Computer Power, Inc. is the best and lowest bid
meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Computer Power, Inc. in the amount of
$11 ,541 .00 for the purchase of an uninterruptable power system for
use with the computer system at the Police Department be accepted
by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the 19 day of September , 1989.
