BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT John Paul Davis be, and he is hereby, appointed as full-time
Chief Magistrate of the Municipal Court for a two-year term at a
salary of Forty-Four Thousand Dollars ( $44,000.00 ) per year,
effective October 1 , 1989.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
