WHEREAS, on August 7, 1989, bids were received for the
purchase of traffic signal mast arms and pole assemblies for
various traffic signal projects; and,
WHEREAS, Union Metal Corporation submitted a bid in the
amount of $66,068. 00 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Union Metal Corporation is the best bid submitted and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Union Metal Corporation in the amount of
$66,068. 00 for the purchase of traffic signal mast arms and pole
assemblies for various traffic signal projects be accepted by the
City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the 19 day of September , 1989.
