WHEREAS, on July 3, 1989, bids were received for the
purchase of four (4) portable flow monitors for the Water Utilities
Department; and,
WHEREAS, Marsh-McBirney, Inc. submitted a bid in the
amount of $20,150.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Marsh-McBirney, Inc. is the best bid submitted and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Marsh-McBirney, Inc. in the amount of
$20,150.00 for the purchase of four ( 4) portable flow monitors for
the Water Utilities Department be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
