WHEREAS, on Monday, August 7, 1989, bids were received
for an annual contract for chemicals for water treatment; and,
WHEREAS, the following bids were submitted:

WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bids
submitted above are the lowest and best bids submitted and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bids submitted aboev in the amounts listed be accepted by
the City of Beaumont for an annual contract for chemicals for water
treatment.
