R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on August 7, 1989, bids were received for the
purchase of flexible couplings and full circle clamps for use in
the Water Utilities Department; and,
WHEREAS, Big State Utility Supply Co. , Inc. submitted a
bid in the amount of $38,152.55; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Big State Utility Supply Co. , Inc. is the best and
lowest bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Big State Utility Supply Co. , Inc. in
the amount of $38,152.55 for the purchase of flexible couplings
and full circle clamps for use in the Water Utilities Department.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the 22 day of August , 1989.
