BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
utilize funds from a Section 108 Loan from the Department of
Housing and Urban Development for the local match, in the amount
of $1, 015, 786, for a $2 .4 million grant from the Economic
Development Administration for the Spindletop Waterpark Project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be, and he is
hereby, authorized to accept or affirm any grant which may be
awarded to the City by the Economic Development Administration for
the Spindletop Waterpark Project.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
