WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of two (2)
sewer and catch basin cleaner units; and,
WHEREAS, Industrial Disposal Supply Company of Houston,
Texas, submitted a bid in the amount of $124,202.00 each; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Industrial Disposal Supply Company is the best
bid submitted and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Industrial Disposal Supply Company in
the amount of $124,202.00 each be accepted by the City of
Beaumont for the purchase of two (2) sewer and catch basin
cleaner units.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the 8th day of August , 1989.
