BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to approve
amendments to the Tax Abatement Agreement granted to Helena
Laboratories on April 5, 1988, by changing the renovation
completion date to April 30, 1989, and changing the date for
beginning the tax abatement to January 1 , 1990.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
