R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on May 2, 1988, bids were received for the
1988 Community Development Street Rehabilitation Program; and,
WHEREAS, A. W. Busby Constructing, Inc. submitted a bid
in the amount of $184, 451 .00 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by A. W. Busby Contracting, Inc. is the lowest and
best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by A. W. Busby Contracting, Inc. in the
amount of $184, 451 .00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont for the
1988 Community Development Street Rehabilitation Program.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
