BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
a deed conveying the City' s interest in a portion of Lots 11 and
12 , Block 55 of the Van Wormer Addition to the State of Texas for
the Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway/Spur 380 Project.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
