R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on July 10, 1989, bids were received for the
construction of a creative playground system for Rogers Park;
and,
WHEREAS, Watkins Construction Company submitted a bid
in the amount of $56,885.00 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Watkins Construction Company is the lowest and
best bid submitted and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Watkins Construction Company in the
amount of $56 ,885.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont for the
construction of a creative playground system for Rogers Park.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the 25 day of July , 1989.
