WHEREAS, on June 3, 1989, bids were received for the
1989 Community Development Block Grant Street Rehabilitation
Program; and,
WHEREAS, APAC-Texas, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount
of $159,211 . 60 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by APAC-Texas, Inc. is the lowest and best bid
submitted and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by APAC-Texas, Inc. in the amount of
$159,211 .60 be accepted by the City of Beaumont for the 1989
Community Development Block Grant Street Rehabilitation Program.
