R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on June 19, 1989, bids were received for an
annual custodial services contract for the City of Beaumont
Health Department; and,
WHEREAS, Beaumont Products and Services, Inc. of
Beaumont, Texas submitted a bid in the amount of $25,500.00 per
year; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Beaumont Products and Services, Inc. is the
lowest and best bid submitted and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Beaumont Products and Services, Inc. in
the amount of $25,500.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont for
an annual custodial services contract for the City of Beaumont
Health Department.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
