BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and is hereby, authorized to file an
application with the United States Department of Housing and Urban
Development for an Urban Homesteading Program for Beaumont.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Beaumont Housing Finance
Corporation be, and is hereby, designated as the Local Urban
Homesteading Agency to administer the Urban Homesteading Program
with technical support to be provided by the City's Housing
Assistance Division.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
3rd day of July 1989.
