BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the two hundred eighty-two linear foot ( 282 ' ) , 6-inch PVC
sanitary sewer line constructed in the West Highland Addition be,
and it is hereby, accepted for city maintenance contingent upon
the filing of the final plat.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the 3rd day of July , 1989.
