HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 89-135 s9- �3 R E S O L U T I O N WHEREAS, on March 7, 1989 Resolution 89-51 was passed by Council approving eminent domain proceedings on Parcel 353 for the Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway/Spur 380 Project; and, WHEREAS, on February 7, 1989, Resolution 89-20 was passed by Council approving eminent domain proceedings on Parcels 405 and 409 for the Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway/Spur 380 Project; and, WHEREAS, these resolutions identified the properties by a metes and bounds description attached to the resolution but did not specifically mention acquisition of certain other improvements; and, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT Resolutions 89-20 and 89-51 be amended to include amended metes and bounds descriptions specifically identifying improvements not previously mentioned. D. Mayer to Elise Viterbo Mayer, recorded in Case No. 2739 Probate Records of Jefferson County , Texas and containing 0. 1722 acres of land , more or less.
