WHEREAS, on May 1 , 1989, bids were received for an
annual contract to furnish liquid polymer; and,
WHEREAS, Callaway Chemical Company of Columbus, Georgia
submitted a bid in the amount of $.79 per pound; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Callaway Chemical Company is the best bid
submitted and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Callaway Chemical Company in the amount
of $.79 per pound be accepted by the City of Beaumont for an
annual contract to furnish liquid polymer.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the 20th day of June , 1989.
