R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
an easement to Kansas City Southern Railway Company for railway
purposes across portions of Sabine Pass, Brien, Lyle, Neches,
Easy, Irma, Craig, Royal, and Blanchette Streets and a portion of
the ten foot ( 10 ' ) alley out of Block 2 of the Gentz Addition, as
shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the 20th day of June 1989.
