BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
an easement to Gulf States Utilities Company for serving the
Tyrrell Historical Library out of Lots 64 and 65, Block 13 of the
Original Townsite of Beaumont, as shown on Exhibit "A1° attached
hereto.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the 20th day of June 1989.
