R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on May 8, 1989, bids were received for a six-
month contract to furnish engine oil, transmission fluid and
hydraulic oil; and,
WHEREAS, Tri-Con, Inc. of Beaumont, Texas submitted a
bid in the amounts listed below:
Engine Oil $2.39 per gallon
ATF Dextron II .89 per quart
ATF Type F .89 per quart
Hydraulic Oil 1 .89 per gallon
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Tri-Con, Inc. is the lowest and best bid
submitted and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Tri-Con, Inc. be accepted by the City
of Beaumont, in the amounts listed for a six-month contract to
furnish engine oil, transmission fluid and hydraulic oil.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
