R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
purchase Lot 2 and the west one-half ( 1 /2) of Lot 3, Block 65 of
the Jef Chaison Addition for the amount of Fifty-Two Thousand
Dollars ($52, 000. 00 ) plus Five Hundred Eighty-Seven Dollars
($587.00 ) for a title policy.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
