WHEREAS, bids were received for the installation of a
sixty inch (60" ) pipeline across the Neches River at Lawson' s
Crossing; and,
WHEREAS, BRH--Garver, Inc. of Houston, Texas submitted
a bid in the amount of $1 ,003,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by BRH--Garver, Inc. is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by BRH--Garver, Inc. in the amount of
$1 ,003, 000.00 for installation of a sixty inch (60" ) pipeline
across the Neches River at Lawson' s Crossing be accepted by the
City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
