BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway Corridor Development
Plan be, and it is hereby, adopted, subject to the following
change in the document:
Policy Statement #2 (Chapter V, Page 35 )
The staff (cit-y) will solicit input from the
MLK Commission when a zoning change is
proposed that will directly affect the
corridor.
