WHEREAS a contract was executed with AAA Siding &
Windows in the amount of $16,980.00 for labor and materials
furnished for vinyl siding and window installation on the Henry
Homberg Golf Center Clubhouse; and,
WHEREAS, replacement of bad wood increased the original
contract amount by $31 . 50 , increasing the contract amount to
$17 ,011 .50 ; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed by the
Contractor and inspected by city staff and is in conformance with
the plans and specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to accept
the project and make final payment to AAA Siding & Windows in the
amount of $17 ,011 .50 for labor and materials furnished for vinyl
siding and window installation on the Henry Homberg Golf Center
Clubhouse.
