R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS a contract was executed with Frank B. Inzer
Investments in the amount of $83 ,036 .00 for the rehabilitation of
the Tyrrell Historical Library; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed by the
Contractor and inspected by city staff and is in conformance with
the plans and specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to accept
the project and make final payment to Frank B. Inzer Investments
in the amount of $16,229 .85 for rehabilitation of the Tyrrell
Historical Library.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the 25th day of April , 1989.
