R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Section Two of the Cooperation Agreement between the City of
Beaumont and the Housing Authority of the City of Beaumont be
amended to read as follows:
2. The Local Authority shall endeavor to secure
a contract or contracts with HUD for loans
and annual contributions covering one or more
projects comprising approximately 1 ,500 units
of low-rent housing and to develop and
administer such project or projects, each of
which shall be located within the corporate
limits of the municipality. The obligations
of the parties hereto shall apply to each
project.
