WHEREAS, General Mills Restaurants, Inc. has tendered a
ten foot by fifteen foot (10 ' x 15 ' ) easement out of Lot 13,
Block 11 of the Jarrette Addition to the City of Beaumont, as
described on Exhibit "A attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purpose of
said donation and is of the opinion that the acceptance of said
donation of property is necessary and desirable and that same
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT said tract of land tendered by General Mills Restaurants,
Inc. be, and the same is hereby, in all things accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the 25th day of April , 1989.
