WHEREAS, on April 3, 1989, bids were received for
the purchase of a pavement marking machine; and,
WHEREAS, Saf-T-Mark Supply Company, Inc. of Tyler,
Texas submitted a bid in the amount of $25,177.00 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Saf-T-Mark Supply Company, Inc. is the lowest
and best bid submitted and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Saf-T-Mark Supply Company, Inc. in the
amount of $25,177.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont for the
purchase of a pavement marking machine.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
