R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on March 29, 1989 , bids were received for the
purchase of a vibratory compactor for the Street and Drainage
Department; and,
WHEREAS, Romco, Inc. of Houston, Texas submitted a bid
in the amount of $52,560.00 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Romco, Inc. is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Romco, Inc. in the amount of $52,560.00
be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
