R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City Council has discussed the facts of the
claim of Earl Sandlin vs. the City of Beaumont in an Executive
Session properly called and held; and
WHEREAS, the Council authorized the settlement of the
claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized to settle
the claim of Earl Sandlin vs. the City of Beaumont in the amount
of Three Thousand Seventy and 02/100 Dollars ($3070. 02) .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the full and final settlement
of this claim is hereby ratified.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the llth day of April 1989.
