R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Beaumont Realty, Incorporated has tendered a
three foot by five foot (3 ' x 5' ) easement out of Lot 9, Block 18
of the Calder Addition to the City of Beaumont, as described on
Exhibit "A attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purpose of
said donation and is of the opinion that the acceptance of said
donation of property is necessary and desirable and that same
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT said tract of land tendered by Beaumont Realty, Incorporated
be, and the same is hereby, in all things accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the 11th day of April , 1989.
