WHEREAS, on March 20 , 1989 , bids were received for
furnishing and installing vinyl siding and windows at the Henry
Homberg Golf Clubhouse located in Tyrrell Park; and,
WHEREAS, AAA Siding and Windows of Beaumont, Texas
submitted the following bid:
Base Bid $16 ,980.00
Lumber Replacement .50/bd., ft.
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bids submitted by AAA Siding and Windows is the lowest and best
bid submitted and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by AAA Siding and Windows in the amount
stated above be accepted by the City of Beaumont for furnishing
and installing vinyl siding and windows at the Henry Homberg Golf
Clubhouse located in Tyrrell Park.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
