BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
a contract with Schaumburg and Polk, Inc. to provide engineering
design services for improvements to the sewage treatment plant
for fees not to exceed One Million Three Hundred Forty-Six
Thousand Dollars ( $1 ,346,000.00 ) for plant improvements estimated
to total Eighteen Million Nine Hundred Seventy-One Thousand
Dollars.
