R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter
into professional services contracts related to the City of
Beaumont ' s application to the Texas Water Development Board for
issuance of $20,000,000.00 in Water Revenue Bonds with Vinson &
Elkins in the amount of Twenty-One Thousand Dollars ($21 ,000.00 )
plus reimbursement for related expenses and Underwood, Neuhaus &
Co. in the amount of Thirty-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Dollars
( $39,500.00) if the full $20,000,000 .00 is approved and in the
amount of Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30 ,000.00 ) if $10 ,000,000 is
approved by the Board.
