WHEREAS on December 13, 1988 , a contract was executed
with Insituform Gulf South, Inc. in the amount of $53,150.00 for
a 10" cured-in-place pipe installation in the 3400 & 3500 blocks
of Crestwood Dr. ; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed by the
Contractor and inspected by city staff and is in conformance with
the plans and specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to accept
the project and make final payment to Insituform Gulf South, Inc.
in the amount of $54,182 .00 for a 10" cured-in-place pipe
installation in the 3400 & 3500 blocks of Crestwood Drive.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
