BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Ray A. Riley, City Manager, be, and he is hereby, designated
as the person whose signature is to appear on all documents
concerning Environmental Protection Agency Grant No. C-48-1254 for
the construction of Sewer Improvement Projects for the City of
Beaumont, effective February 20, 1989.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
