R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on February 6, 1989, bids were received for
the installation of approximately 1 ,100 feet of 5 ' x 3 '
reinforced concrete box in the Woodland Estates Addition; and,
WHEREAS, W. B. Construction, Inc. submitted a bid in
the amount of $156,000.00 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by W. B. Construction, Inc. is the best and lowest
bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by W. B. Construction, Inc. in the amount
of $156,000 .00 for the installation of approximately 1 ,100 feet
of 5 ' x 3 ' reinforced concrete box in the Woodland Estates
Addition be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the 21 day of February 1989.
