R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on February 9, 1989, bids were received for
resurfacing eight (8) tennis courts located at the City' s
Athletic Complex; and,
WHEREAS, Australian Courtworks of Brandon, Mississippi
submitted a bid in the amount of $16, 673.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Australian Courtworks is the lowest and best bid
submitted and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Australian Courtworks in the amount of
$16,673 .00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont for resurfacing
eight (8) tennis courts located at the City' s Athletic Complex.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
