R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Ray A. Riley, City Manager; Betty Dunkerley, Finance; and
Walter Thomas, Controller be, and they are hereby, designated as
those persons who are authorized signatories for banking,
investment, handwritten and facsimile purposes for any
institution the City Council has already or may designate as a
depository for the City of Beaumont, effective February 20 , 1989.
